These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the StableKit website and cloud streaming services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
1. Service Description
StableKit provides cloud-based streaming server infrastructure, including:
- Virtual OBS servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform
- Stream ingest endpoints supporting RTMP, SRT, WebRTC, and WHIP protocols
- Server management dashboard and real-time monitoring
- Related streaming infrastructure services
2. Account Registration
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes. You may NOT use StableKit to:
- Stream illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
- Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Engage in unauthorized access to systems or networks
- Stream content that is defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as specified in your plan).
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through PayPal.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds: Refunds are provided at our discretion. Contact support for refund requests.
- Price Changes: We may modify pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new pricing.
5. Service Availability
While we strive for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may:
- Perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
- Experience occasional outages due to factors beyond our control
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue services with reasonable notice
We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
6. Intellectual Property
The StableKit platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by StableKit and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your stream content. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for service delivery.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- StableKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
- We are not responsible for content you stream or third-party actions
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StableKit, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or for any reason with notice. Upon termination:
- Your access to services will be revoked
- Your server instances and data may be deleted
- You remain responsible for any outstanding charges
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which StableKit operates. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
